Journey through the World of Arts and Crafts

When one door closes another one opens, and navigating through the Artisan world confirms this.

From refurbishing and rebuilding antique lamps and designing lampshades, to  wood turning, then going back, full circle, to working with threads, yarns, beads, leather and semi-precious stones, all this has been an interesting journey.

Colour and colour combinations became an obsession and much inspiration is derived from Mother Nature. From the seashore to the woods and flower gardens, all are a constant source of wonder and delight. From tones to textures,  preference is given to the process of combining earthy, rustic, elements with more delicate and fragile ones. Hence the glass pumpkin.

All Glass Pumpkin items are handcrafted in White Rock, B.C., Canada, and you can view more of them by visiting the White Rock Museum and Archives Gift Shop at 14970 Marine Drive, White Rock, B.C.
